The specific scope, deliverables and timeline of any engagement are confirmed in writing prior to commencement.

Payment

Payment terms are confirmed at the point of engagement and vary by service type. Assessments and fixed-scope engagements are invoiced in advance. Ongoing retainers and subscription services are billed on the agreed cycle.

Digital products are non-refundable once delivered or accessed. For other services, refund terms are outlined in the relevant engagement agreement.

Intellectual property

All content on exiqt.com, including text, design, code, imagery and brand assets, is the property of EXIQT and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without written permission.

Upon full payment, clients receive the rights to deliverables as specified in their engagement agreement. EXIQT retains the right to reference completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of liability

EXIQT provides services to a professional standard and in good faith. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from the use of our services, recommendations or digital products.

Financial services and advisory activities are delivered under EXIQT's business licence. Nothing on this website constitutes independent regulated financial advice unless specifically engaged as such.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts, unless both parties agree in writing to an alternative forum.

Where mandatory consumer protection laws apply in a client's local jurisdiction, those protections are respected and are not excluded by these terms.
